Rachel Smith, MA, LPCC
Denver Office
Chloe
Your internal struggles are real, and you are not alone. Wholeness begins with healing. They say time heals all wounds, but some wounds are so deep it feels as though they may never heal. Asking for help takes strength. If you’re experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma from sexual assault or abuse, and/or sex and relationship issues, let’s chat.
My approach to counseling is interdisciplinary, borrowing heavily from mindfulness practices, CBT skills training, narrative therapy, and strengths-based modalities. I approach therapy with an open mind and open heart and believe laughter often truly is the best medicine.
Therapy is a collaborative experience in which I place importance in meeting people where they are, non-judgmentally. I offer trans and queer-affirming counseling, identity exploration, and am sex, sex work, kink, poly/ENM positive.
